We are a specialty vaccine company that develops, manufactures, and commercializes prophylactic vaccines for infectious diseases addressing unmet medical needs.

Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for Group FP&A and Controlling activities, supporting target setting, operational planning, and forecasting. You will provide financial insights and analysis to G&A Business Partners and work with the ESG unit on financial and non-financial reporting :
- Take ownership of global G&A spend in terms of business planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis
- Ensure key assumptions are available, aligned and communicated for planning processes
- Create business area-specific reports for G&A Senior Management, FP&A Director, VP Finance, and other stakeholders
- Analyze financial trends and deviations for KPIs, and prepare documentation, comments, and presentations for discussions
- Provide and submit final group / aggregated reporting packages, and collect reporting requirements to define additional reports and analysis
- Lead the ESG & EU Taxonomy project from a finance perspective to streamline reporting processes on various activities
- Oversee companywide planning and prioritization, monitor investment realization, and identify performance deviations to trigger escalation
- Develop and evaluate strategic and financial plans, establish planning concepts, KPIs, and forecasting systems, and communicate targets across functions
- Monitor implementation, review planning results, and integrate them into reporting for ongoing tracking
Requirements
University Degree in Business Administration, Finance or ControllingMore than 3 years of professional experience in a FP&A position, or similar ( Controller or Financial Analyst)Experience in working in an international environmentPrevious experience with ESG and / or EU Taxonomy reporting is advantageousIT affinity and very strong analytical and prioritization skillsExcellent MS Excel skills (Excel VBA / Macro skills are advantageous) and familiarity with MS Power BI as a plusHigh attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skillsFluent in English (oral and written), German is a plusBenefits
