IT Project- & Processmanagement, 80 - 100% (f / m / x)

What's it all about?

• Design & optimisation of IT processes

You analyse existing IT processes, identify weaknesses and develop innovative solutions for continuous improvement - from the design to the successful introduction of new processes.

You are responsible for the introduction and further development of IT processes and ensure compliance with the required quality standards across the entire IT process map.

You inform all relevant stakeholders about process changes and support the training of new employees.

As the central point of contact for IT process management, you accompany specialist teams in process design, support process owners during audits / certifications and check the feasibility of planned solutions.

You continuously develop our methods and standards in IT project and portfolio management, help define them and accompany IT projects from conception to successful implementation.

You support project managers throughout the course of the project, act as a mentor and promote the application of the defined project management methods.
