Job Description : Your tasks :

Supporting the Dean in strategic planning
Participation in resource management and controlling
Supervision of faculty committees and procedures
Press and public relations work as well as internal and external communication
Project management, information management and office organisation

Your profile :

Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification

Very good knowledge of administrative processes

Knowledge of university structures and processes desirable

Experience in public relations and event organisation

Very good IT knowledge of all common Office programmes, internal programmes (UniCMS, etc.), SAP knowledge an advantage

Excellent communication skills, very good knowledge of German and English

Willingness for further education and training

fundamental interest in the natural sciences

Structured, analytical and independent working style
