Leisure Sales Manager (m / w / d)

for Sheraton Grand Salzburg and Hotel Goldener Hirsch, A Luxury Collection This is what your day looks like : Creation of statistics and reports, maintenance of sales platforms, intensive work with regional and international sales offices, and presentation of the hotels at trade fairs, sales trips, and networking events. Responsible for market observation and analysis, organization of competitive checks, and worldwide consulting for wholesale, luxury consortia (Virtuoso, Amex FHR, Select...), and OTA customers. Participation in weekly sales strategy meetings. Knowledge and presentation of the house, competitors, their sales strategies, goals, and sales figures. Contribution of knowledge in the development of new strategies in collaboration with the sales team. Active work with Marriott internal tools such as Meetings Imagined, SFA, Opera, MRDW, and MI Leads. Support for annual leisure budgets and monthly forecasts. Management of defined customer portfolios in the luxury and leisure travel sector. Development, planning, and implementation of sales-promoting measures. Professional price negotiation and contract conclusion. Organization and execution of site inspections, telemarketing activities, customer events, and FAM trips.   What we expect from you : Several years of professional experience in proactive sales in corporate or chain hotels / tourism, preferably in a comparable position. Good understanding of the leisure market, both FIT and groups, international customer contacts are advantageous. Work experience with consortia and representation of hotels at trade fairs. Enthusiastic communication and expression skills in English; any additional language is a plus. Structured and independent working style, negotiation skills, creativity, customer-oriented sales and organizational talent. Passion and enjoyment in sales and a positive demeanor in dealing with people. Willingness to overpay depends on experience and qualifications.
