Lead Reliability Engineer (m / f / d)
The Lead Reliability Engineer is responsible for executing INNIO's reliability engineering strategy, ensuring that all products exceed reliability and availability targets. This role leverages state-of-the-art reliability methods and intelligent analytics, acts as a customer-facing representative for reliability topics, and ensures robust measurement systems and risk mitigation strategies throughout the product lifecycle. Your Responsibilities :
Execute and continuously improve the company's reliability engineering strategy to exceed product reliability and availability targetsApply advanced reliability methods and analytics, collaborating with digital engineering and product development teamsAct as the customer-facing expert for reliability topics, presenting complex findings and risk assessments to stakeholdersEnsure robust reliability measurement systems and risk mitigation strategies throughout the product lifecycleDrive engineering quality initiatives and mentor teams on reliability best practicesYour Profile :
Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related fieldSeveral years of experience as a reliability engineering expert, with strong data analysis and simulation skillsProficient in advanced programming languages for reliability analysis and predictive maintenanceProven ability to influence and drive changes in reliability methods and business processesExcellent English communication skills; additional local language skills are a plusWillingness to travel internationallyA valid work permit for Austria as a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens : please attach the work permit to the application)The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4,269.07 gross per month (x 14) and an overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.
