At Albatross, we're building the second pillar of AI : a real-time perception layer that understands how users experience and interact with content. Powered by sequential models trained on live user interactions, our platform learns and reasons on the fly to deliver in-session discovery. We have raised significant funding and our platform already operates at scale, with billions of events being processed and hundreds of millions of predictions served.
The Role
We’re hiring an Applications Engineer to help drive our go-to-market efforts and support customers through successful deployment of the Albatross platform. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this customer-facing role will be key in driving revenue growth by driving technical sales, supporting product integrations, and ensuring long-term customer success.
You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, product, and sales; delivering tangible outcomes while influencing the evolution of our products.
Key responsibilities include :
- Understand customer use cases, pain points, and technical environments to ensure product fit.
- Support pre-sales activities, run live demos, and lead Proof of Concepts alongside Sales.
- Own project delivery : ensure data quality, own customer integration, track progress, solve blockers, and manage deployment timelines.
- Translate customer feedback and requirements into product insights to guide roadmap evolution.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and new use cases within existing accounts.
Requirements
3-5 years working experience in Business or Tech Consulting, Data Science, or Software implementation, including 2+ years in customer-facing roles.Degree in STEM; specialization in ML is a plus.Comfortable operating in a highly independent, fast-paced startup environment.Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.Fluent English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.Eligible to work and travel across Europe, with willingness to travel up to 40%.Benefits
