Your Responsibilities :
Technical Commercial and Project Order Execution of New Unit and Service orders on national and international complex projects, for direct customers, Key AccountsFocused primarily and extended scope of equipment orders outside of the INNIO Jenbacher Standard Product Program. High portion of local Balance of Plant Equipment, Installation works, NPI products, turnkey jobsEstablish, lead and coordinate a cross-functional and interdisciplinary project organization for large projects - internal functions (Project Manager, Engineering, Product Fulfillment, Finance, Logistics, Service, Construction-Site, Project Controls), external packager, subcontractors and vendorsFull project lifecycle ownership ranging from order intake via managing delivery and installation to pre-commissioning activities, including commissioning till contractual handover to the end userEnsure that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and budget and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business caseProject contract-, claim- and risk-management, cost controlling and schedule together with Project Controls TeamProject scheduling, monitoring and tracking of project progress to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables to ensure in-time order execution together with Project Scheduler. Planning interface to Site Manager, Consortium Partner and Project planning for all schedule related mattersDeliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors and key stakeholdersOversee with the relevant site organization the coordination of service staff, contractors, vendors and sub suppliers at construction siteNegotiate scope changes commercially / technically during project executionManage continuous project quality control and participate in quality issue resolution together with the project Quality FunctionYour Profile :
Master / HTL degree in Engineering (mechanical or electrical); Bachelor in commercial fieldVery strong professional experience in the relevant industryVery strong experience in project management in executing complex customer projects including personal on-site activitiesExperience in the after-sales service worldProject management experience on executing New Unit orders in the range of 20-50 Mio USDAbility to act in an interdisciplinary environment connected with relevant diversity of experienceWillingness to travel internationally and on a frequent basis up to 35%Strong negotiation skills, analytical skills and commercial awarenessExperience influencing and gaining buy-in from executive sponsors, team members, stakeholders and peersExcellent German and English (writing and speaking)Good communication skills with people on construction site as well as executive levelTeam player with strong ability to motivate peopleSelf-starter mentality and able to work independentlyExcellent business understanding and strong leadership skills for managing onsite teamThe base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.269,07 gross per month (x14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
