To strengthen our motivated Group Strategy & Transformation Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Senior Transformation Manager & Assistant to Group CEO (m / f / d) .

Your Role

• You have a double role - as Senior Transformation Manager (80-90%) in our Group Strategy&Transformation team and in addition as Assistant to our Group CEO (10-20%)
• As Senior Transformation Manager, you lead international transformation improvement projects across all units and functions of MM Group
• Examples for such projects are : Re-organization, restructuring, integration of acquisitions, commercial and operational excellence - for individual sites or entire business units
• You are the project manager for these projects - depending on the type of project, you run analyses, conduct interviews and workshops, develop recommendations and action plans, track status and progress - in alignment with team members and senior management
• In addition, you support our Group CEO part-time on special projects and ad-hoc tasks such as the preparation of stakeholder meetings (e.g. Supervisory Board) or external speeches
• In both roles, you will have a steep learning curve and a lot of senior management interaction. Thus, this is an ideal role for ambitious young professionals who want to develop their career in a dynamic working environment with interesting growth opportunities

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 95,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
