Your contribution will be :

• Supporting efficient people services for Austria-based international employees
• Supporting the administration of Austrian benefits, grants / subsidies, work permits, etc.
• Assisting colleagues across the organisation by consulting on requests and handling essential operational and administrative tasks.
• Contributing to the payroll administration, maintaining and monitoring colleagues' data in the relevant tools, and providing statistics
• Supporting the development of consistent, high-quality service standards and efficient processes also on a global level, including guideline review and updates
• Monitoring HR trends and regulations, sharing insights globally
• Contributing to internal and cross-departmental projects
