Worldwide and 24 / 7, air traffic controllers use our innovative software to keep operations running. Support our team as an expert in Project Management for Air Traffic Control (ATC) solutions at international airports.

Be part of this challenge and join our team to work on the following tasks :

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage complex software projects in Air Traffic Control, ensuring customer requirements and industry standards are met
  • Develop project plans with all key stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships while managing client expectations
  • Ensure quality control using appropriate systems and tools
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain updated project documentation
  • Facilitate collaboration between third-party vendors, regional teams, and internal departments
  • Support the sales team during pre-sales, including quotations and managing change requests

Skills Required

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Min. 5 years of experience in project management, with focus on software delivery for safety-critical applications
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale projects
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable
  • Good understanding of air traffic control systems, airport operations, and related technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English & German, both spoken and written

    • As required by Austrian law, we are obligated to state this minimum salary. The minimum salary according to the IT collective agreement for this position is EUR 4,485.00 gross per month (14 times per year). Depending on the respective experience level and personal profile, we offer an attractive overpayment.
