Project Account Manager

SIG is enforcing the Project team. We are looking for a Project Account Manager to join our European team, reporting to the Head of Project.

As Project Account Manager you will be independently responsible for the project execution of new opportunities of our portfolio in collaboration with different departments and the customer from the initiation of new business to its conclusion. This role is located in Saalfelden in Austria. The projects will cover customers in Austria and other European countries.

Tasks

• Cost calculation of filling line projects
• Supporting Key Account Management in sales pitches
• Supporting Key Account Management in offer & contract preparation
• Ordering of all required equipment
• Preparation of all technical documents (layout, planning etc.)
• Good and transparent communication and coordination to solve all technical issues with all involved stakeholders, and building up / intensifying relationships
• Steering of internal & external kick-off meetings with all involved stakeholders
• Steering of installation execution, commissioning test, handover / deployment
• Taking full ownership of all project-related topics and solving them timely to properly hand over the project to After-Sales. Escalate when necessary
• On Time In Full (OTIF) approach
• Up to 50% travel frequency
