to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives within our Software Development department. This role ensures smooth execution of departmental programs and projects, manages coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and supports hiring and resource planning in collaboration with HR. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, cross-team leadership, and experience operating in fast-paced, technical environments.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Coordination

• Plan, oversee, and drive a variety of departmental projects—technical and operational—from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate resources and timelines across multiple teams to ensure alignment with project goals and departmental priorities.
• Track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues or blockers.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication around program status, timelines, and key decisions.
