  • Übergreifende Koordination von Großprojekten zwischen autonomen, agilen SCU's (Self contained Units) über Team-, Abteilungs- und Business-Unit-Grenzen hinweg
  • Agiles Coaching von Teams im Zusammenspiel zwischen Projektmanagement, Entwicklung und Produktmanagement
  • Sicherstellung einer Gesamt-Projektkoordination gegenüber unseren Auftraggebern (Beratung der Auftraggeber)
  • Koordinative Unterstützung unserer Kunden beim jährlichen Budgetierungsprozess
  • und dabei berichtest du direkt an den Leiter der Business Unit

    • DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HTL / Uni / FH) im IT-Bereich bzw. in Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung und Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung im Coaching von Teams in agilen Prinzipien und Prozessen
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Eigenengagement und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative, soziale Kompetenz und sicheres Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
