We are supporting a leading international logistics provider in their search for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee contract logistics operations in Vienna, Austria. This role will be responsible for operational management, team leadership, and process optimisation within a dynamic and growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational and technical management of assigned departments
• Act as the first point of contact for clients on operational matters
• Ensure compliance with key performance indicators (productivity, profitability, QHSE)
• Prepare reports and SAP evaluations to track performance and identify improvement areas
• Conduct regular meetings with team leaders, customers, and site management
• Lead workforce planning for up to 100 employees, ensuring optimal resource allocation
• Drive continuous process improvements through structured initiatives
• Serve as the interface to the works council for all operational matters

Your Profile

What’s on Offer

Salary : The minimum salary for this role is € 3,000 gross per month for full-time (14 times annually). Depending on qualifications and experience, an overpayment is possible, with potential earnings of up to € 4,000 gross per month.
