In this key role, you will actively and independently shape the information security landscape of our company. You will work closely with the executive management and IT leadership and serve as the central point of contact for all security-related topics. You will develop and implement our information security strategy and ensure its continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with IT, Procurement, Quality Management, and Legal & Compliance to ensure security requirements are embedded in all relevant processes. You will create and maintain policies, concepts, and training materials related to information security. You will represent information security topics to internal and external stakeholders. You will maintain regular contact with the parent companys information security team and occasionally with the advisory board. You hold a degree in IT, Information Security, or a comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience in information security ideally in a mid-sized company or corporate environment. You have business-fluent German skills and very good English skills.
