What will you be doing?
The Quality Control Manager is key to for the continuous improvement and stable client deliveries in the EMEA region. By supporting on standardized ways of working across countries, consistent high-quality outputs can be secured for our manufacturer and retailer clients from the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.
- Verify and test changes to existing deliveries before client release.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders from the EMEA countries, as well as with partners from offshore and onshore teams for the end-to-end value stream.
- Participate in daily and weekly meetings to organize the work within the team.
- Collaborate actively with Operations and Technology departments to resolve process gaps and reduce process defects.
- Maintain and update Standard Operation Procedures and guidelines by staying up to date with digital transformation.
- Devising ways to improve the production process to ensure higher-quality outputs.
- Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.
- Identify any deviations from quality standards and close the gaps.
- Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
Requirements
University Degree preferably in Business Administration, Quality Management or related subject1-3 years of work experience in relevant fieldExcellent English communication skills both verbal and written – Technical writing skills is advantageousAnalytical & Numerical skillsMS Office skills, especially ExcelAbility to facilitate virtual meetings in a multi-cultural environmentAttention to detailProject Management skills are advantageous to lead improvement initiatives and implement changesCircana Behaviors
