Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding tech products and services.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Handle order processing, returns, and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate tech solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements
