You are a strategic leader, not just a specialist. You will take ownership of our digital strategy, supporting integrated campaigns / special projects that unite performance marketing, custom web solutions, and AI-driven insights. This is a hands-on role where you will mentor a small, dynamic team and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver extraordinary digital experiences.

YOU ...

• bring several years of experience in leading digital teams and managing complex flagship projects, ideally in an agency or marketing environment
• have solid expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce and social media - from performance campaigns and content strategies to SEO / SEA
• are a strategically minded project leader who spots digital trends, evaluates them and translates them into future-ready concepts
• possess excellent leadership skills, inspiring teams, developing talent and fostering a productive, solution-oriented work culture
• are confident with the technical side of digital production - from CMS platforms and analytics tools to marketing automation systems - and know how to integrate them effectively into projects
• have experience in stakeholder management and building long-term client relationships
• work in a structured way, set clear priorities and ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality
• are an excellent communicator in both German and English, internally and externally
• are incredible curious at what comes in the digital world and you embrace and foster the usage of AI in the company.
• bring experience in developing AI-driven agents to enhance workflows and user interaction
• excel at core pillars of strategic leadership, technical and analytical know-how and the authentic, cultural behaviour.
