What You Can Expect
As Marketing Manager Hip replacement (m / w / d) you are responsible for shaping the product portfolio strategy and share product specific input with the Marketing Lead.Providing guidance on topic focus and prioritization are part of the role : day-to-day management and implementation of the EMEA Segment Strategy, co-ordination of NPI launch plans and rationalization projects. The role involves developing strategic marketing plans in collaboration with country management teams to ensure alignment with global priorities and EMEA KPI's in alignment with the Marketing lead.
How You'll Create Impact
- Contribute to develop and form the EMEA Segment Strategy for Hip
- Main contact for hip marketing related topics for Switzerland and Austria
- Lead the commercialization of the Zimmer Biomet Segment portfolio in the EMEA market
- Support Commercial team in sharing product expertise (e.g., training, selective key accounts support)
- Design the promotional and communications mix with marketing communication partners for core EMEA strategic brands
- Closely collaborate with Zimmer Biomet Institute to set-up a comprehensive medical education program to train surgical professionals on the safe and effective use of focused brands
- Create product training and development programs for internal staff in collaboration with the Zimmer Biomet Sales Academy
- Co-ordinate the NPI plan for the EMEA region and liaise with Demand planning team to ensure mid- and long-term forecasts are directionally correct
- Plan the marketing initiatives for the attractiveness of the focus brands
- Coach and support in-country sales and local commercial leads across the EMEA region
- Provide hands-on implementation support for new product launches / introductions in markets
- Create alignment with the other RECON DTS segments to drive cross-selling opportunities

B. A. or B.S. in Business or Marketing, MedTech or in a related fieldAdvanced medical expertise in hip anatomy and biomechanicsMinimum of 6 years professional work experience in a marketing or product management role, ideally within the Medical Device industryExperience with selling and implementing strategies on a national / international basis within the healthcare environmentTravel Expectations
