StellenbeschreibungYou have 5+ years of professional experience in a senior leadership role within Sales, Marketing, Business Development or a related field and hold a university degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing. You have experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a strong background in supporting Account Managers and managing external partners. You are enthusiastic for developing new business areas, markets and building partnerships as well as driving revenue growth. You have a strong understanding of smart home technologies (IoT in general), and related market trends. You demonstrate an exceptional strategic mindset, as well as strong problem-solving, and decision-making skills. You communicate fluently in English and Spanish (written and spoken); additional languages (French, Italian, German) are a plus. You have knowledge of the ES Market, FR and IT market knowledge are a bonus. You are willing to travel regularly (approx. once a month). You focus on what is possible, have a strong growth mindset and go the extra-mile. You will get the chance to contribute your ideas in a fast growing, highly motivated team and thus actively shape the future of Nuki. Active further development is very important to us. We will support your personal and professional development in the office and outside at conferences, seminars or by sponsoring special literature and also offer German and English courses. You have free choice of your computer and operating system (Win / Mac / Linux) and can also use your company smartphone privately if you wish to do so. You get December 24th and 31st as one extra day off (=26 vacation days). We live and love our flexibility. Therefore, in addition to our extensive flextime model, you are free to work three days a week at home. No matter if you want to work part-time or full-time : We consider your individual wishes, support you in all matters, and subsidize ongoing childcare costs. You decide how you get to the office : If you use public transport, we will subsidize your climate ticket or offer you parking spaces & charging stations in our parking lot. Once a week we have breakfast together. You also get high-quality coffee and tea, regional juices, fruit, and vegetables as much as you want at any time. To help you relax during stressful periods, we offer free online yoga classes during working hours or discounts at different gyms and climbing centers. You also have the opportunity to receive professional psychological online counseling as part of our Instahelp cooperation. We host team events several times a year. As a Country Manager (f / m / d) for the Fresit Region, you will drive the business strategy for France, Spain, and Italy, building partnerships, expanding market reach, and shaping the future of Nuki's smart home solutions. Working closely with international teams, you'll turn market insights into action and lead exciting projects—giving you a real opportunity to actively shape Nuki's future.
Your Role
- You develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the FRESIT Region (France, Spain, Italy) aligning with overall Company-Wide objectives, customer needs and market trends in the smart home industry.
- You identify and cultivate strategic Sales and Marketing partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders, including distribution-, retail-, and technology partners and expand market reach to drive revenue growth.
- You manage business controlling and demand planning processes.
- You analyze local market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to position strategies.
- You lead a small team as well as coordinating the extended country team incl. Agents and cross-departmental points of contact.
- You represent Nuki at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs as the primary spokesperson.

Why Us
For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 3,843,- gross per month applies according to the collective agreement (no all-in). Willingness to significantly overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications.
This position is open for applications in both Graz and Spain.
