Senior Product Manager (f / m / d)

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive impactful product enhancements and elevate the user experience. In this role, you’ll lead the strategic direction of key product initiatives , shaping innovative solutions that strengthen our platform.

This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Vienna , with a hybrid work model blending office and remote flexibility.

Some of the things you’ll work on :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy to deliver powerful, user-friendly features.
• Lead continuous discovery efforts , conducting interviews and gathering insights to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, UX, and Engineering teams to facilitate agile development processes , from daily stand-ups to roadmap planning.
• Identify and prioritise high-impact opportunities through customer discovery and market analysis.
• Use data-driven , hypothesis-based approaches to de-risk decisions and ensure measurable success .
• Present ideas and progress to stakeholders , including senior leadership, advocating for the team’s vision.
