We're looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for the Regional Company Austria with proven experience. You'll play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent, supporting Siemens growth through strategic recruitment. Start date : January / February 1st 2026.
What are your responsibilities :
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end hiring process, from intake meeting to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements and recruitment strategies
- Engage active and passive talent through sourcing, referrals, and digital tools
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needsProvide insights and share regular updates on hiring trends, candidate behavior, and market benchmarksData and Insights
Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfactionShare reports and insights with business leaders to drive data-based decisionsRecommend improvements to increase efficiencyAttraction
Help position Siemens as an "Employer of Choice" and represent company on job fairs and other recruitment activitiesClose collaboration with Communications department on employer branding initiativesCreation of local job fair concept in collaboration with SPEWhat We're Looking For :
Proven years of experience in talent acquisition >ideally from Sales, Engineering or High-tech background.
Proven ability to source, engage, and hire talent across multiple functionsStrong communication skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholdersStrategic thinker with excellent planning and prioritizationFamiliarity with ATS systems and sourcing toolsInterest in continuous learning and personal developmentFluent in English and German (written and spoken)Our Offer :
