As a Senior Process Expert in the QM Audit & Systems team, you will actively shape and drive advancements in Process & Quality Management. Your system and process expertise, combined with your hands-on mentality, will play a vital role in collaboration with our Global Process & Data Organization and Quality Management Organization.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, optimize, and lead the implementation of processes in systems to support current and future business models, ensuring they are effectively integrated into operations
• Create and maintain process documentation in our global PALFINGER management system, ensuring alignment and compliance across global entities
• Collaborate with Process Managers & Experts in defining strategies and conducting trend analyses on further enhancing our process landscape
• Build a strong network of local process experts through training and workshops, acting as a key knowledge resource globally
• Lead change requests and support testing and training of changes to ensure process readiness during global quality management system rollouts

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

WE OFFER

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
