Commercial Officer We are currently seeking a highly skilled Commercial Officer to join our team. As a Commercial Officer, your primary responsibility will be to support the organization's commercial and business development efforts. You will work closely with the sales team, management, and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth management of commercial activities and the achievement of business objectives. Responsibilities : Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy in line with overall business goals and objectives. Identify and analyze potential business opportunities, including market research, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysis. Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Prepare and present proposals, negotiations, and contracts with clients, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Monitor and manage contracts, including reviewing terms and conditions, ensuring compliance, and addressing any issues that may arise. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships. Stay informed about industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and identify new business opportunities. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field. A master's degree would be advantageous. Proven experience as a Commercial Officer, Business Development Executive, or similar role in a commercial, preferably with GCC market focus. In-depth knowledge of commercial strategies, business development processes, market analysis, and legal requirements in the GCC region. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously. #J-18808-Ljbffr
