StellenbeschreibungOngoing studies at University / University of Applied Sciences with a background in business, finance or law Proactive and motivated team player Strong critical self-awareness and eagerness to learn Fluency in German and English is required. Knowledge of any Central or Eastern European (CEE) language is considered a strong asset Exciting and challenging internship for 12 months part-time (19.25h / week) as of January 2026 Support of your professional and personal development in a dynamic, comprehensive and interesting area We guarantee an internship allowance of minimum EUR 2.660,50 gross per month on a full-time basis (except obligatory internships) and benefits of Erste Group We consider the diversity of our employees as key to innovation and success. Participation Management and Group Consolidation is a contact-, service- and coordination unit for the bank's subsidiaries, both in Austria and CEE countries. It is acting as an interface between the individual entities and the parent / headquarters.
Your Tasks
- Financial monitoring of subsidiaries (analysis of reporting packages and financial statements)
- Supporting the department with planning, company valuations, and reporting
- Junior support and database management
- Assisting in the validation of financial reports
