A Boutique Aviation and Yachting Law firm based in Valetta, Malta, urgently requires a

Corporate Lawyer to join their small, highly specialized team.

As a Corporate Lawyer , you will be responsible for safeguarding the business from a legal perspective and will be handling corporate and legal matters of a number of locally registered companies, forming part of the wider organisation.

Role and Responsibilities :

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as Commercial Agreements, Company Resolutions, Memorandums and Articles of Association
  • Filing of statutory forms and certain company resolutions with the MBR and other regulatory jurisdictions
  • Supporting various companies by reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts and advising Management on best approach
  • Analysing legal implications of various issues across all companies and advising Management thereon
  • Drafting and reviewing of Policies and Procedures
  • Reviewing compliance with regulatory requirement

Skills and Experience :

  • Excellent communication skills in English & Maltese, written and spoken
  • LLD & Warranted to practice law in Malta
  • Solid understanding of Maltese corporate law
  • Experience within aviation and / or yachting would be an asset
