Design Leader

to strengthen our team.

Position Overview :

The Design Leader is responsible for overseeing design coordination and project delivery, ensuring design integration and compliance across the project. This role involves managing the design team, collaborating with subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality design outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design activities for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure the timely and accurate completion of design tasks.
• Oversee the creation of design documentation, ensuring compliance with project goals, codes, and standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members, ensuring high-quality outputs.
