Sales Representative (m / f / x) – Hemophilia & Respiratory

Fulltime / permanent / Location : Salzburg OR Upper Austria)

The Opportunity

Be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving growth and making a significant impact in the field of hemophilia and respiratory care. This role is based in Austria, ideally in Salzburg or Upper Austria , covering the sales territory of Vorarlberg, Tirol, Salzburg, Carinthia, and Upper Austria .

The Role :

• Develop and execute regional sales plans to drive growth.
• Conduct regular analysis of sales data and strategize with sales management and territory managers.
• Maintain frequent and independent contact with customers across all franchises in your territory.
• Utilize a diverse portfolio of promotional activities to achieve sales goals and expand sales potential.
• Manage and control your annual Ad&Pro budget effectively.
• Leverage all promotional channels, including face-to-face, virtual, and digital.
• Document customer interactions consistently using VEEVA.
• Ensure customer data is up-to-date and review targeting within VEEVA.
• Participate in national and international congresses and training events as agreed with sales management.
• Record and report customer feedback meticulously.
