Junior Sales Manager (m / w / d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for the following person to start immediately JUNIOR SALES MANAGER (m / w / d) We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined Junior Sales Manager to support the sales growth of our High pressure equipment product line. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, building customer relationships, preparing quotations, and supporting the senior sales team with strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing and developing client accounts within the pressure equipment segment.
• Support the sales process from initial contact through to order fulfillment, including pre-sales support and follow-up.
• Prepare quotations and technical proposals in coordination with engineering and procurement teams.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Attend client meetings, trade shows, and technical events as needed.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales tracking systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable pressure equipment regulations (e.g., PED, ASME).
• Provide post-sales support and handle customer queries in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and / or commercial academy (HAK) degree
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the pressure equipment, industrial, or engineering sector.
• Basic understanding of pressure equipment, valves, vessels, and related standards is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits or trade events.
• Fluent in English and German Preferred :
• Familiarity with standards such as ASME, PED, or API and Incoterms
• Experience in preparing technical-commercial offers. What we offer you :

• For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary of EUR 3,329.62 (based on 38.5 hours per week) in line with market conditions.
