A Snapshot of Your Day

By participating in major projects at Siemens Energy, such as HVDC systems, power transmission systems, power plants, green hydrogen production solutions, and grid stabilization systems, you will significantly contribute to the energy transition.

As Team Lead Site Management (m / f / d) you are responsible for overseeing the allocation and utilization of Site Project Managers, Construction Managers and Chief TFAs within the Site Management function. You are coordinating staff assignments, identifying resource needs and ensuring resources are used efficiently to support our project construction sites globally!

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Planning, sourcing, training, allocation and on-boarding of qualified Site Project Managers, Construction Managers and Chief Technical Field Advisors according to the business and project requirements
• You provide regular status updates to the Erection and Commissioning Organization senior management
• You are acting as manager for part of the allocated personnel and you will support the allocated personnel to make an excellent site job

At Siemens Energy we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of ,06 € gross / year for a full-time position (38,5 h / week).
