To support this, we're looking for a skilled and hands-on Solutions Architect to help optimize and evolve our IT infrastructure. In this role you'll identify technical challenges and design practical, scalable solutions. Your expertise will drive architecture decisions and contribute directly to successful cloud implementations and software development efforts.

• Design, implement and evolve scalable, secure and high-performing technical architectures aligned with business goals and modern engineering best practices
• Collaborate with product owners and other technical team members to deeply understand pain points, gather requirements and refine technical needs
• Propose and prototype end-to-end IT solutions to solve complex business challenges, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and long-term scalability
• Actively develop, review and maintain high-quality code, contributing to key projects and mentoring developers on best practices and modern technologies
• Create and maintain thorough, up-to-date technical documentation, covering architectural decisions, implementation details and development guidelines
• Support the adoption of agile and DevOps principles to enhance delivery speed, quality and collaboration across technology and business teams
• Continuously research, evaluate and experiment with new technologies, tools, and practices to drive innovation within the organization
• Do you have 7+ years of experience in software engineering and / or software architecture, with a proven ability to architect and implement cloud-native applications using AWS?
• Do you have strong experience in agile delivery model?
• You have strong communication skills and are willing to be a change agent in the organisation, creating impact and driving the way forward?
