The Role :

As our Head of Content Strategy & Brand , you'll take charge of building and scaling personal brands, creating content that educates, engages, and inspires. You’ll work closely with Sasha Karabut to craft a standout media presence, positioning both the personal brand and the company as leaders in the digital entrepreneurship space.

What You'll Do :

• Content Strategy Leadership : Develop and implement content strategies that drive measurable growth for Sasha Karabut’s personal brand and eCom Capital’s media presence.
• Audience Growth : Build and engage a loyal audience, growing followers, engagement, and community participation through high-value content.
• Brand Building : Create distinctive, authentic brand voices that resonate with audiences while maintaining consistency across all platforms.
• Innovation : Research, ideate, and execute new content formats, viral strategies, and promotional tactics that will elevate both the personal and company brand.
• Collaborate & Lead : Work directly with Sasha and the content team to set strategy, optimize performance, and lead the creation of compelling content that aligns with our business goals.
• Platform Expertise : Manage growth on key platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and podcasts, optimizing content for each.
