What We Are Looking for:

Languages

C1/C2-level German proficiency.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

Professional Experience

Proven experience in sales or marketing (good to have).

Requirements

EU citizenship or a valid Spanish residence card.

Skills

What We Offer

Full-Time Role: 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
Hybrid Work: Flexibility to work remotely and on-site in Barcelona.
Attractive Compensation:
- Base salary: 23,876 - 30,000 gross/year (based on experience).
- Performance bonus: Up to 3,408 gross/year.
Relocation Support:
- Paid flight ticket and one month of accommodation.
- Assistance with private health insurance and relocation logistics.
Training: 2-4 weeks of comprehensive onboarding focused on product knowledge and sales strategies.
