Allgemeines :

Ihre Aufgaben :

  • Betreuung und Bearbeitung von Kundenreaktionen die auf Social-Media-Kanälen eingehen (z. B. Instagram, Facebook, Google-Rezensionen)
  • Serviceorientierte Betreuung von diversen Kundenanliegen
  • Gewährleistung einer zeitnahen und lösungsorientierten Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards bei der Kundenkommunikation
  • Koordination und Informationsaustausch mit internen Fachabteilungen
  • Fallweise Unterstützung von Kolleg : innen aus den anderen Kundenservice-Teams

Ihr Profil :

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder laufendes Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Neue Medien oder Kommunikationswissenschaften
  • Hohe Affinität für den Bereich Social-Media
  • Erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice bzw. in der Kundenkorrespondenz von Vorteil
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsstärke, ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Teamgeist
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Auftreten

    • Unser Angebot an Sie :

    Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt EUR 2.,00 brutto pro Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis). Das tatsächliche Gehalt orientiert sich an Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung und liegt deutlich über dem KV

  • Homeoffice möglich nach Einarbeitung 1 Tag / Woche
  • 5% Treuebonus auf den Jahreseinkauf und Essenszuschuss für die Mittagspause
