This includes succession planning, training initiatives,etc.  Talent Acquisition : Collaborating with localHR / recruitment functions to establish the global standards &guidelines for identifying, attracting, and onboarding the righttalent for current and future business needs. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and writtencommunication to engage with different stakeholders. AnalyticalSkills : Use of metrics to assess the success of talent managementprograms and retention efforts.
