Key responsibilities in your new role :

• Administration : Prepare accurate meeting agendas and slides, take notes, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Project Management : Organize tasks and manage deadlines efficiently to complete projects on schedule
• Coordination : Provide regular team updates and generate status reports to keep stakeholders informed
• Reporting : Produce weekly dashboards and summary reports, highlighting key trends and risks, and support quarterly business reviews
• Meeting Readiness : Prepare high-quality slides, agendas, and briefings, and ensure action item closure after meetings

Further Information

Type of employment : Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)

Duration : min. 12 months

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed :

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https : / / www.feei.at / wp-content / uploads / 2024 / 04 / minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
