In this role, you will have a tangible impact on the success and transformation of our business. You will

• Secure profitable growth by partnering with the CEO and ensuring Sales, EBITDA, and ROIC targets are achieved through constant performance monitoring and improvement initiatives.
• Shape future performance by developing insightful forecasts, simulations, and business models to support strategic decisions.
• Enable transparency and clarity by leading planning and reporting processes that empower decision-making at the highest levels.
• Guide commercial excellence by overseeing sales controlling, steering pricing strategies, and ensuring legal priorities align with business goals.
• Safeguard profitability by monitoring COGS, CM, and SG&A, while identifying opportunities for structural and process improvements.
• Drive change and modernization by streamlining systems and processes through IT-driven solutions, ensuring data transparency and efficiency.
• Act as a cultural ambassador within the Compression Leadership Team, living our culture of Joy, Community, Creativity, Responsibility, and fostering collaboration across boundaries.
• Develop and inspire talent, nurturing high-performing teams and ensuring expertise is shared openly across the organization.
