About the Role
As an
Account Executive
you'll be the first point of contact for new partners and play a key role in laying the foundation for long-term success. You'll support restaurants in optimizing their presence on our platform, helping them maximize sales while ensuring their requests are handled efficiently and professionally. Working closely with your team, you'll take ownership of your partner portfolio and help drive the overall service to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first contact for new partners, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Educate partners about our services and demonstrate opportunities for sales growth.
- Manage and organize partner requests, assigning tasks to the right team members for efficient resolution.
- Optimize partner businesses on the platform for maximum performance.
- Collaborate with the wider Account Executive Team to grow your portfolio and enhance service levels.
What You'll Bring
Initial experience insales, account management, or up- / cross-selling
(Preferred) Background in thehospitality / catering industry
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commercial instinct.Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills and a structured way of working.Resilience under pressure and a positive, team-oriented attitude.Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, G-Drive, etc.); experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Talkdesk, or Zendesk is a plus.Fluency in German and very good English skills(additional languages are a bonus).
