We have revolutionized allergy diagnostics and have been operating successfully in more than 90 countries for over 9 years with our diagnostic products and patented technologies. Our products help clarifying allergies in a single step – for humans and animals alike. Allergies are diagnosed in a highly specific manner so that patients receive help by their specialist in no time. We increase quality of life, enable personalized treatment, advance research and relieve our health system.

We Need You For

  • Own and drive commercial performance across the countries in Central, Northern and Eastern Europe, a territory with a mix of direct and distributor markets.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of high-performing direct sales managers
  • Manage, lead, and support sales managers and distributors through the entire sales pipeline - from forecasting and funnel reviews to deal closure.
  • Drive local strategy execution and assure consistent brand positioning
  • Set clear goals and KPIs, track progress rigorously, and hold partners and team members accountable for results.
  • Provide actionable insights and regular updates on sales metrics, market opportunities, and local activities.

    • Your Profile

  • You are a highly driven and performance-oriented Sales Leader willing to take full ownership
  • Several years of successful Partner and Channel Management
  • Proven track-record of successful leadership and people management
  • Preferably experience in the field of medical technology and life sciences
  • Willingness to work at least 3 days per week on site in Vienna
  • Excellent command of English, German ideally as well
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience in CRM tools
  • Open and communicative personality

    • Your actual salary will depend on your previous experience and qualifications. In addition, an annual bonus will be determined based on the achievement of a sales target set at the beginning of each year. Ready to become part of the MADx team? Then please apply with your CV!
