Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with teams in Germany and China (Sales, Marketing, Supply, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives. Market Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to support strategic decisions. Business Planning : Build business cases, sales forecasts, and growth plans for new and existing markets. Über Dich Education : University degree in Business, International Management, or related field. Experience : 3–4 years in business development, sales, or key account management, ideally in FMCG and with exposure to China. China Expertise : Strong understanding of the Chinese market and consumer dynamics. E-commerce Knowledge : Familiar with platforms like Tmall, JD, and Douyin, including cross-border trade. Analytical Skills : Strong data-driven thinking and business case development skills. Communication : Excellent stakeholder management and intercultural communication skills. Languages : Fluent in Chinese and English; German is a plus. Tools : Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Start is in Munich, Frankfurt am Main, Nürnberg or Vienna limited for 12 months.
