An international manufacturing company is looking for an experienced
Regional Human Resources Business Partner
to lead HR operations in Austria. This is a strategic and hands-on role, supporting both regional leadership and a local production site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the local HR team, ensuring effective delivery across recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, and offboarding
- Act as a strategic partner to site and regional leadership, supporting organizational development and cultural initiatives
- Manage employee relations, including collaboration with the Works Council and negotiation of employment terms
- Ensure compliance with Austrian labor laws and internal policies
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR systems, including regional HR IT projects
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and performance-driven workplace culture
Your Profile
Degree in HR or related field; relevant certifications are a plusbroad experience in a similar HR leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.Strong knowledge of Austrian labor law and employee relations.Proven ability to lead teams and influence across all levels of an international organization.Fluent in German and English.Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.
