Key Responsibilities :
In coordination with the local and international Sales, Business Development and Marketing organizations, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following :
- To form close relationships with end users, consultants and specifiers in the IP Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand, and to increase sales and demand for Hanwha security products.
- To achieve set objectives relating to all relevant sales and product quantity mix. This will involve the strategic and active analysis of market opportunities, as well as the ability to influence decision makers and ensuring sales growth.
- Strategic planning - Both short and medium term sales planning will be required on a regular basis following sales workshops, and liaising with the Hanwha Product Management team to share market information. This is to ensure the correct positioning of Hanwha products in the market. Recommendations on marketing plans and new / revised strategic direction will be discussed with the Country Manager.
- Areas of responsibility will include :
- End user consultations
- Consultants and specifiers
- Liaising with major System integrators at senior level
- Existing customer audit analysis
- Product and market segmentation, positioning and targeting
- Input of ideas towards marketing plans for new product launches and customer events
- Focus on product / channel / customer margin
- Accuracy of forecasting
Achievement of all budgets and targets
This is a regional role, therefore extensive travel across Austria.
Requirements :
