- Market Development : Identify and drive business opportunities in international export market China
- Customer & Distributor Management : Build strong partnerships with key partners to drive growth and market presence.
- Go-to-Market Strategy : Develop and implement tailored go-to-market plans, including pricing, positioning, and channel strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with teams in Germany and China (Sales, Marketing, Supply, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
- Market Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to support strategic decisions.
- Business Planning : Build business cases, sales forecasts, and growth plans for new and existing markets.
Über Dich
Education : University degree in Business, International Management, or related field.Experience : 3–4 years in business development, sales, or key account management, ideally in FMCG and with exposure to China.China Expertise : Strong understanding of the Chinese market and consumer dynamics.E-commerce Knowledge : Familiar with platforms like Tmall, JD, and Douyin, including cross-border trade.Analytical Skills : Strong data-driven thinking and business case development skills.Communication : Excellent stakeholder management and intercultural communication skills.Languages : Fluent in Chinese and English;German is a plus.
Tools : Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Start is in Munich, Frankfurt am Main, Nürnberg or Vienna limited for 12 months.
