As an HR Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for providing critical insights and strategic analysis to support data driven decision making when it comes to people.The ideal candidate has a strong background in data analysis, statistics, and HR practices. Analyzing HR processes and data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to provide actionable recommendations to the business Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to identify high-impact questions and deliver data-driven solutions Designing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Applying analytical methods to support various HR initiatives and decision-making processes Ensuring data quality, consistency and integrity across HR systems and reporting platforms Supporting additional HR analytics initiatives and contributing to projects aligned with evolving business needs Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Analytics Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI or other BI tools for data visualization and storytelling Solid understanding of HR data, processes and practices Strong statistical analysis skills, including experience with correlation, regression and predictive modeling Programming skills in Python or SQL is beneficial Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights We take care of your personal wellbeing, career development, and we actively support your educational needs Discover and enjoy the benefits of Erste Group The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 44.860, gross per year.
