Job Description

The role will be based in Vienna and will work on projects with Key Issuers to identify mutual business opportunities, develop and implement marketing programs and measure results.

• Conduct market assessment and identify marketing collaboration opportunities with key partners in Austria
• Develop individual engagement plans and strategies for each key Client, aligned with Client's and Visa business objectives
• Develop actionable Marketing concepts, leveraging Visa's many assets and own personal expertise (including but not limited to) research and data insights, payment trends, brand and sponsorship assets, creative origination, digital marketing solutions, local and global best practices)
• Lead development and manage the execution of B2B and B2B2C marketing strategies and plans that differentiate our commercial offerings, communicate value to our customers and lead to successful and measurable outcomes
• Ensure that planned marketing activities align with key Visa priorities and client objectives and have well defined business and marketing KPIs
• Support RfPs and new business wins through marketing thought leadership and ideation
• In collaboration with the Account Executives, engage directly with key Clients to develop strong working relationships ensuring a thorough understanding of their business
• Where needed, manage and / or brief creative, media, and / or third-party agencies and suppliers to ensure delivery of marketing programs
• Manage budget, forecasts, production and campaign tracking in collaboration with Clients and third-party suppliers
• Recognize latest consumer & industry trends and innovate to develop new marketing strategies
• Develop innovative, new to Visa ways of delivering value to clients

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
