As

IT Solution Architect (PDM / PLM),

you will design and guide the technical architecture of our Product Data Management platform for Winter Sports Operations, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and seamlessly integrated with ERP, CAD, MES, and other enterprise systems.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design and maintain the overall technical architecture for PDM / PLM and its integration with ERP, CAD, MES, and other enterprise systems.
• Define integration strategies and standards (APIs, ETL pipelines, workflows, data governance).
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the PDM / PLM landscape in line with IT policies and compliance frameworks.
• Provide technical guidance to development, vendor, and project teams.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to validate the technical feasibility of roadmap priorities and ensure alignment with available budget and resources.
• Support Project Managers by identifying technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation measures.
• Contribute to migration and modernization initiatives (e.g., cloud, hybrid architectures).
• Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay current with industry standards, tools, and best practices to keep the architecture future-ready.
• Occasional international travel required.
