Responsibilities

Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with :

• Minimum 10+ years in a leading marketing role within the event space (gaming, esports, sports, etc.) at RedBull or a similar consumer-driven brand, agency, publisher, or organization—holding full content and budget responsibility
• Proven collaboration with gaming event organizers, a strong network in the gaming / esports industry, and deep familiarity with PC, console, and mobile games. Being an active gamer with hands-on knowledge of top competitive titles (e.g., CS, League of Legends, Dota 2, Valorant, Rainbow Six, Age of Empires II) is essential
• Demonstrated success as an independent project leader with a solid track record of delivering impactful initiatives, alongside strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage teams
• Strong organizational talent, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders and markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills; fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages as a plus
• Travel 30-40%

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 5.472 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
