As Head of Strategy & Operations you’ll be the strategic partner to the Country President driving transformation and operational excellence across all functions. You will oversee strategic projects, streamline operations and shape our direction. Major accountabilities :

• Provide support on strategic regional projects including project‑shaping (together with key functions involved), problem structuring, data gathering and problem solving, developing and communicating clear and actionable recommendations.
• Drive business operations activities e.G. WEC and Leadership Team meetings preparation.
• Lead Launch readiness review (Strategy, Resourcing, Allocation discussions).
• Provide continuous support to the Country President on an ad‑hoc basis (e.G. business reviews, regional requests) in strong coordination with the functions.
• Enable efficient decision making by organizing and prioritizing critical issues and ensuring the leader has the necessary information.
• Coordinate / co‑lead the yearly Strategic Planning in close coordination with country leadership teams and Finance.
• Provide support / coach newly appointed members of the International European Leadership Team to facilitate their onboarding.

According to Austrian law we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary. For this position the minimum salary is 67,700 / year (on a full‑time basis). The actual salary will be higher as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
