As our Senior PHP Backened Engineer , you'll support HID's success by :

• Design, develop, improve and maintain robust backend services using primarily the Symfony Framework (but also other frameworks and plain PHP).
• Rewrite / refactor outdated and complex components step-by-step (future-proof quality).
• Collaborate closely with programmers, designers, marketing, leadership and management.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code which is easy to understand and extend.
• Contribute to technical architecture and decision-making.
• Occasionally work on frontend components using JavaScript / CSS / HTML.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Symfony and PHP ecosystem trends.
• Willingness to dive deep into the topic of SSL / TLS acquiring new and specialized knowledge.
