We are seeking an exceptional Principal Engineer to lead the development of innovative Microcontroller IP Infrastructure Concepts, driving the creation of cutting-edge technologies that shape the future of embedded systems and IoT solutions." Take the opportunity to become part of our team in Villach or Munich.

In your new role you will :

• Lead architecture development of clocking concepts for complexmicrocontroller IPs, ensuring alignment with customer needs, safetystandards, and industry trends.
• Define the functional and performance characteristics balancingtrade-offs between power, performance, area, and safety.
• Oversee the development of scalable, reusable IP architectures to support long-term product roadmaps in the automotive domain.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, including design, verification, validation, and software teams.
• Drive functional safety compliance (ISO 26262) by defining andimplementing robust safety mechanisms and processes.
• Perform advanced feasibility studies, simulations, and conceptevaluations to de-risk development challenges.
• Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering technical excellenceand knowledge sharing within the organization.
• Represent the company in technical discussions with customers,partners, and industry forums, influencing industry standards and product direction.
• Monitor emerging trends and technologies in automotive microcontroller design, introducing innovative approaches to maintain acompetitive edge.

The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
