Your role at waterdrop

As the Head of Group Accounting (m / f / d) , you will be based at our vibrant headquarters in Vienna, leading all Group Accounting operations across HQ and international entities.

• Full responsibility for Group Accounting Operations (HQ & international sales entities)
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Strategically develop the accounting and operating model, including processes, systems, and team structure
• Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end closing processes and coordinate with external service providers and auditors
• Work closely with Controlling and Treasury to support financial planning and management
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Lead, coach, and develop the Group Accounting team
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems, including the implementation of new technologies

Your strengths and qualifications

What we offer you

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 90.000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Because we value exceptional talent, we are willing to pay above the stated amount and the salary will be adjusted accordingly to your qualifications.
